About QPP
QPP offers individual programs to reach your goals and personal needs, whether it be rehabilitation, prenatal, post natal, dance or general fitness and toning. In small group classes or private lessons you will feel muscles in your body you didn't know exist. With personalised workouts you maximise your results by receiving specific cues to improve your technique and precision of movements. This helps reduce pain, tone your body, improve posture or fire up stubborn areas. No matter what your level of experience, you can feel safe at QPP as you will be guided by an instructor with 20yrs of experience. This will allow you to feel comfortable and appropriately challenged to keep kicking your goals!
